- We sell printed art posters as well as custom-made portrait artwork created from customer-submitted photos.
- All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.
- Because colors may appear differently on different screens, slight variations between digital previews and printed products may occur.
3. Custom Orders
- Custom portraits and personalized products are created based on the information and images provided by the customer.
- Customers receive a digital preview before printing unless they choose to skip the proof.
- Once a custom order has been approved for printing, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all submitted information (names, dates, spelling, etc.) is correct.
4. Pricing & Currency
- Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the customer.
- Applicable taxes (if any) are included or excluded according to local regulations.
- DexPosters reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers.
- We do not store credit card information.
- Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Production begins after order confirmation and, for custom products, after design approval (unless proof is skipped).
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or appropriate solution where applicable.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before production has started.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled once the design process has begun.
9. Intellectual Property
- All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of DexPosters.
- Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
- Customers confirm that they have the right to use any images submitted for custom portraits.
10. Limitation of Liability
- DexPosters is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
